Position: HR Payroll (Subic)
Company Industry: Manufacturing company
Work Location: Subic
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Php25,000-Php28,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
✨Experience in payroll or a similar HR job (usually 1-3 years).
✨With at least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
✨Amenable to attend interview
✨Amenable work on site in SUBIC.
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Ensure employee records in the payroll system are current and accurate, including personal information, salary changes, leave data, and deductions.
✨Check and verify timecards or attendance logs to ensure payroll is calculated correctly.
✨Address and resolve employee questions related to pay issues, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns.
✨Protect the confidentiality of payroll data in accordance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
✨Use HR and payroll platforms to keep system data accurate, troubleshoot problems, and apply required updates.
