Key Responsibilities:
• Develop procurement strategies for food and non-food categories aligned with business needs.
• Forecast requirements with Operations, Commissary, Finance, and Stores.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, optimize inventory, and support new store openings.
• Source and manage suppliers for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with QA and Commissary teams on specifications and audits.
• Monitor pricing trends and mitigate supply or cost risks.
• Procure store supplies, uniforms, equipment, furniture, IT items, and services.
• Manage sourcing of capex items and store fit-out requirements.
• Ensure vendor accreditation and service-level compliance.
• Evaluate, accredit, and maintain suppliers; lead negotiations, contracts, and renewals.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and address performance issues.
• Achieve cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiations, and process improvements.
• Ensure procurement stays within budget and maintain transparent records for audits.
• Collaborate with Finance on pricing, cost analysis, and payment terms.
• Manage purchase requests, orders, and approvals per company policy.
• Maintain proper documentation and enforce procurement controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate deliveries and inventory with Warehouse, Commissary, and Stores.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory reviews and reconciliations.
• Supervise and coach procurement staff.
• Improve SOPs, workflows, and systems (ERP/procurement modules).
• Promote accountability, efficiency, and ethical sourcing.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• At least 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or FMCG
• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Hands-on experience managing both food and non-food procurement categories
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management
• Working knowledge of food safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and cost-management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and procurement/inventory systems
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
