Overview:As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketingcampaigns to drive measurable results and achieve business objectives. You will leverage various digitalchannels such as search engines, social media platforms, display advertising, and email marketing toincrease brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. Your role will involve analyzingcampaign performance data, implementing A/B testing strategies, and optimizing campaigns to maximizereturn on investment (ROI).Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies alignedwith business goals, target audience demographics, and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives.2. Campaign Execution: Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, includingbut not limited to PPC (Pay-Per-Click), CPAS (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora), Meta advertising, displayadvertising, and email marketing. Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling adcreatives and landing pages.3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-throughrates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and otherKPIs. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, MarketplaceSponsored Solutions and others to gain insights and identify optimization opportunities.4. A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, targetingparameters, and other campaign elements to optimize performance. Implement iterativeimprovements based on data-driven insights to increase campaign effectiveness and ROI.5. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources acrosschannels and campaigns to maximize results within budget constraints. Monitor spending andadjust allocations based on performance and strategic priorities.6. Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize audience targeting tools and segmentationstrategies to reach specific audience segments with personalized messaging and offers.Continuously refine audience targeting based on performance data and audience insights.7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in digitalmarketing, including new advertising platforms, technologies, and best practices. Leverage industryinsights to innovate and optimize campaign strategies.8. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaignperformance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align onstrategic priorities.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and campaignmanagement. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement. Certifications in digital marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus. This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
