Qualifications:

-At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
-No prior BPO or call center experience required
-Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening)
-Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
-Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
-Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound or outbound voice calls from customers across various accounts (e.g., general inquiries, service concerns, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
-Provide clear, accurate, and friendly support to address customer questions or problems
-Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and quality service
-Document all interactions accurately in the system
-Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training materials
