Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes) and other government obligations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and PFRS compliance.
• Supervise GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month-/year-end closings.
• Prepare supporting schedules for audits and inspections.
• Monitor PEZA/BOI incentive compliance.
• Lead internal controls implementation and evaluation.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team.
• Perform general administrative tasks.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA license required.
• At least 4 years of accounting or audit experience, preferably in public accounting firms.
• Preferably experienced with PEZA and/or BOI-registered companies.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
