We are seeking a Client Service Representative to support customers by handling inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
Document all interactions in the system
Meet service quality and performance targets
Qualifications:
18 years old or above
Strong English communication skills
High school graduate or higher
Customer service experience is an advantage
Willing to work assigned shifts
