JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitor and regularly check cash assets through preparation of weekly cash position
report/cash flow before releasing the check/s to 3rd-party suppliers.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Processing and timely releasing of check payments within the allotted processing period
from receipt of Request for Payment (RFP) from the endorsing departments and/or project
sites.
• In charge of processing payment for Monthly Government Contributions (SSS, Philhealth,
Pag-ibig) of the Company’s employees.
• Prepares tax computation for filing and payment of monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes
of the Company to BIR through EFPS (Electronic Filing of Compensation, Expanded, VAT,
and Income Tax Returns) and completion of requirements in case there is a LOA (Letter
of Authority) received.
• Settle other government obligations and submit necessary government reporting
requirements within the specified deadlines - Local Government Unit – Completion of
requirements for yearly renewal of Business Permit and in case there is LOA – SEC
Submission of Audited FS and other documents required for SEC filing.
• Maintaining an updated financial schedule by regular review of the Company's financial
records for proper cost charging, compliance with the approved budget, and proper
reporting of the Corporate's assets and liabilities.
• Clean-up of long outstanding balance sheet accounts by analyzing floating amounts;
adjust the books as necessary by preparing Journal Vouchers for accurate financial
reports.
• Submit monthly financial reports such as but not limited to the following reports: Statement
of Cashflow - Statement of Financial Position - Income Statement.
• Preparing Manual books of account (traditional journal & ledger) for BIR compliance.
• Assist and supervise the Operations Group in monitoring the budget vs actual expenses
of all project development of the Company.
• Help evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
• Assist CEO in fundraising ventures.
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors.


QUALIFICATIONS
• CPA with or without experience
• Must be willing to travel to Palawan or any site to oversee the staff
