The ideal Finance Analyst VA will collaborate with the senior leadership team, playing a key role in executing the due diligence process and analyzing real estate investments in the multifamily space. This position requires expertise in financial modeling, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to execute the due diligence process for potential investments.
- Work with deal teams to structure and complete acquisition and investment underwriting of real estate investments in the multifamily sector.
- Design, build, and update integrated financial models in Excel to assess investment opportunities.
- Execute refinancing and disposition transactions as required.
- Prepare rent and sales comparables to evaluate potential investments.
- Assess and communicate risks associated with investment opportunities.
- Develop investment recommendations and prepare materials for investment committee considerations.
- Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities, including property visits and site tour coordination.
- Perform asset management responsibilities such as rent roll analysis and liaising with external partners.
Non-negotiable Requirement:
- Candidates are required to submit samples of their work, including financial models, during the application process.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Above average to excellent communication and written skills; minor accent is acceptable.
- Extensive proficiency in Excel; previous experience in underwriting multifamily assets and transactions is essential.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Office 365.
- Results-driven and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an entrepreneurial environment, taking ownership of work products.
