Your Role

We are seeking an accomplished Java Developer to lead in the development, design, and implementation of new or enhanced software products and business projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure each project meets its requirements and drives progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, efficient code while conducting unit testing and debugging within set deadlines.
  • Analyze problems, set priorities, and provide innovative technical solutions with valuable feedback.
  • Collaborate on the analysis, design, development, and implementation of exciting new products.
  • Continuously identify and enhance areas of applications to boost operational effectiveness and reduce the need for support.
  • Carry out thorough Unit and System testing to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Share your knowledge and coach fellow programmers, transferring valuable system development expertise to staff members.
  • Work closely with business teams, offering technical solutions that align with their needs and goals.
  • Keep system documentation and software metrics up-to-date to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working within Agile software development teams and processes.
  • Commercial development experience across Back end, Java, Angular, and Springboot is a strong plus.
  • Showcase your learning agility and ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts, paired with sharp analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement highly effective quality processes that make a real impact.
  • Results-oriented, with a consistent focus on hitting deadlines, achieving financial targets, and reaching project milestones.
  • Juggle multiple priorities with ease – your strong organizational and multitasking skills will shine here.
