About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the accounts payable function and ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all payment transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of invoices while maintaining process integrity.
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the AP team, streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the Finance and Accounting departments in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise daily accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
● Review and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
● Monitor aging reports, manage payment schedules, and address discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
● Collaborate with the Finance Manager during month-end and year-end closing activities.
● Develop and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and internal controls.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and external audit requirements.
● Lead, mentor, and train AP staff to strengthen team performance and productivity.
● Prepare regular reports on AP metrics, outstanding payables, and process improvements.
● Coordinate with Procurement and other departments to maintain accurate financial documentation and vendor relations.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
● Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
● Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
● Willing to work onsite in Taguig (near Arca South).
