Chief AccountantLocation: AlabangWork Setup: OnsiteSchedule : 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Accountant to lead the companys accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, manage financial statements, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This position is ideal for a licensed CPA with solid experience in financial management, reporting, and team oversight. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions and ensure accurate day-to-day financial operations.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.Manage and supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.Monitor financial transactions, conduct reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation.Support audits, coordinate with external auditors, and address audit findings.Implement and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting systems.Provide financial insights and recommendations to management when needed. Qualifications CPA license is required.At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.Experience with AP, AR, and general ledger management.Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
