Recruitment Assistant

Job Summary:
Under the general supervision and directly reporting to the Recruitment Manager/ Operations Manager, attends to Recruitment concerns from sourcing of applicants until Selection and to other matters relevant to your task and business of the company, at least 25-30 years old and with work experience in recruitment agency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Accepts and Encode CV of applicants.
2) Assigns Computer Number of applicant.
3) Responsible for mobilization and lining up of applicant based qualifications before client interview.
4) Make CV preparation and transmittal for review by the supervisor before sending to employer.
5) Ensure and coordinate with applicants regarding schedule date of interview.
6) Assist the immediate supervisors or recruitment manager during interview mission.
7) Prepare and Submit Client Interview Report after every recruitment mission.
8) Responsible for the filing, scanning Client Interview Report in PDF form.
9) Responsible for the updating of applicants record in the IRIS.
10) Performs other functions that may from time to time assigned by her immediate superior.
