Job Summary: The QA/Production Officer is expected to develop and document test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on requirements. Identify key metrics to measure testing effectiveness and quality.Reports to: System Manager (IT)Responsibilities Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure functionality. Test software applications, systems, or processes across multiple platforms and environments. Perform regression, performance, load, and security testing as needed. Log, track, and manage bugs using defect-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Work with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve quality concerns. Act as a quality advocate within Agile/Scrum teams. Document test results, prepare test summary reports, and maintain testing records. Ensure all QA documentation complies with company standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing. Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and methodologies in QA.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course. Knowledge about Fintech is an advantage. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities. Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.Education and Experience Bachelor's degree Schedule: 5 days a week(Monday to Friday) 9 hours duty including 1-hour break Compensation and Benefits: 40,000.00 to 50, 000.00Additional Benefits:  Transportation and Meal Allowances HMO: 150,000 coverage Paid leave and sick leave 13th-month pay Anticipated Start Date:  As early as possibleWhile we initially required a Japanese bilingual candidate, it is now acceptable if the candidate does not speak Japanese. However, Japanese language proficiency remains preferred.
