Key Responsibilities

Equipment & System Management: Ensure heating, cooling, ventilation, and alarm systems function correctly and perform necessary adjustments.
Groundskeeping: Perform routine maintenance on the grounds, such as landscaping or minor repairs to outdoor areas.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all company safety regulations, building codes, and health standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain logs of maintenance and repair tasks performed and write shift reports.
Inventory Management: Order and manage necessary tools, parts, and supplies for maintenance tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge and proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting are essential.
Tool Proficiency: Ability to use common hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, wrenches, and screwdrivers.
Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Physical Fitness: Requires physical stamina for tasks like bending, climbing ladders, standing, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
Communication Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members and management.
Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to wear necessary safety gear.
