An Print Services Company is looking for an Accounting Staff.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Staff to join our dynamic finance team. As an Accounting Staff member, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.

- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.

- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.

- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

- Handle administrative duties related to financial documentation.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Support audit processes and resolve any discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

-Proven experience in an accounting role (1-2 years preferred).

-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

-High level of integrity and confidentiality.
