CLEANFLIX CLEANING SERVICES (On-Call Cleaner)

Responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure client spaces are kept safe, hygienic, and presentable. This role requires flexibility to respond to cleaning assignments as needed, with a strong focus on quality service and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting.
- Clean restrooms, offices, and common areas according to company standards.
- Safely handle cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow proper health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Respond to on-call work schedules promptly and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate.
- Ages 20-45 years old
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).
- Flexible availability and reliability to respond to on-call assignments.
