  • Job vacancy is for nightshift (10PM TO 7AM)
  • Head office in Mandaluyong

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all inquiries / calls from social media (Facebook, Instagram, Email) and SMS
  • Supervise day-to-day activities by developing effective procedures, appropriate task assignments and top-quality control processes.
  • Manage influencer affiliate program by attending to all influencers
  • Coordinate closely with sales team, dispatch, manpower staff and finance
  • Attending to all dispatch requirements of admin, drivers and cleaners
  • Assist in crosschecking job order and specific details in schedule
  • Build new business relationships through loyalty and retention programs
  • Spearhead preparation of business reports tracking month on month dispatch analysis reports and improvement reports

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess an NBI clearance.
  • Have a good understanding of customer service
  • Passion for operational work and eye for detail in data sheet is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and familiarity with Google Sheets are musts
  • Knowledgeable in using social media (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Must be proficient in both Tagalog and English
