A Software Analyst's role is to study, review, and analyze user/client needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies. Document system requirements, define scopes and objectives, and assist in developing system specifications. Guevara St. Mandaluyong CityQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.At least a year of experience in the Business Systems Analyst field.Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and has a strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-orientedAbility to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needsAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyAbility to learn new applications and system features quicklyDedicated to the best possible customer experience and takes initiative toward improving itAbility to articulate technical and functional concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesHas good communication skills in English, both oral and writtenknowledgeable in MS VisioExcellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of managementBasic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)JOB DESCRIPTIONCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationDetermine the priority and criticality of requirements.Determine completeness of application/solution and facilitate UATMonitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actionsProvides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing work instructions, and help desk support; training usersProvides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing work instructions, help desk support; and training users.Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
