Job description:

Restaurant Supervisor

Key duties and responsibilities:

· Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff

· Maintain high-quality food and service standards

· Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same

· Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively

· Develop strategies for improving our customers' dining experience

· Work with staff to project future needs for operational supplies, goods, and cleaning products.

· Maintain inventory of all needed supplies

· Manage the work schedules of the restaurant's staffs

· Overseeing food/drinks preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations

· Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service

· Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food/drink supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked

· Accomplish reports and other tasks as assigned

· Reports any irregularities to Superior
