Accounting Supervisor/Manager for semiconductor surface treatment

■ Background of this recruitment: The current assistant manager will resign due to a family matter, so they want to hire before that.■ Scope of this position: There are audit and financial consultants from the Japan side, so the person does not have to have a CPA, but the client expects management of 2 members.■ It is preferable if the person has the experience to be a top of the department as a local manager ex or supervisor but managed 3 local members etc.■ Career path: Start as Supervisor → can be Assistant Manager soon depending on the performanceSalary model: Supervisor- start from 43-45k, Assistant Manager 50-53k, Manager more than that■ Job descriptions：1. Prepare the necessary Bank report (Bank reconciliation, cash position report &bank balance report)2. Prepare Journal Entries3. Prepare Trial Balance4. Prepare GJ/PJ/CRJ/CDJ5. Prepare PPE Lapsing schedule/monthly depreciation of equipment6. Prepare a financial statement7. Checks AR & AP schedules8. Prepare and monitor Advances to the supplier9. Prepare and monitor Advances to officers/employees and other subject for salary deduction10. Prepare conversion in Peso of sales11. Approval of check preparation in MetrobankPETTY CASH1. Issues petty cash advances and petty cash payment2. Prepare replenishment of petty cash3. Encash check to petty cashPAYROLL1. Computes payroll2. Payslips preparation and issuance3. Coordinates with the bank for payroll crediting4. Computes for annual withholding tax and prepare Alpha list as required by BIR5. Computes last pay of separated employees6. Computes the annual 13th month pay, SL/VL conversion7. Issues BIR 2316 to each employee8. Process the payment of Government remittances deducted from salaryBIR REPORTS1. Annual registration2. Responsible for AFS stamp received to BIR with Annual ITR3. Responsible for Alpha listing of employees & payees4. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & Annual BIR Report5. Responsible for preparation of the Book of Accounts6. Responsible for Inventory Stamp received to BIRPEZA REPORTS1. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & annual PEZA Report2. Process the ITH application to PEZA and monitor the expiration of each registered activity3. Prepare a report on the extension of ITHOTHERS1. Responsible for all inventories which include fixed assets and report preparation related to inventories2. Responsible for the monitoring/renewal of insurance 3. Responsible for the preparation of the Actuarial Report4. Responsible for preparation of payment for other service providers for top management5. Other related duties assigned by the immediate superior.BIR-related experience would be highly evaluated for the manager position.Candidate must be a college graduate, preferably an Accounting courseComputer LiterateWilling to start immediatelyWith at least 3 years of experience in all facets of accounting in manufacturing setupPositive working attitudeWork at least 3 years in current 3 companies (Not a job hopper)Regular work schedule: Monday to Saturday 800～1700Interview:Online, Face to Face, whichever is fine, but the Client prefers F2FThere will be interviews twice: ① Admin MG ②Japanese MGR ③ Local member from Accounting (④CEO of Japan if schedule matches)Shuttle service: Pick up and drop off at FPIP Gate 1.★Please inform us how many staff/members you have as SPV or Asst.
