Cost Accounting Supervisor

1. Overall in Charge of Fixed Asset Management.
a. In charge of checking and running fixed asset depreciation in the QAD System every month to ensure that every asset is properly depreciated according to company policy.
b. Schedules the Fixed Asset Inventory based on the policy and guidelines.
2. Responsible for the monthly analysis of Cost of Production reports, details, and analysis.
3. Manage the team that produces and analyses all cost data for actuals, monthly forecasts, and annual budgets.
4. Prepares the following: Monthly Raw Materials movement per type, Raw Materials Landed Cost, Cost of Production Report per Production Segment, and Manufacturing overhead.
5. Reconciles monthly inventory list of materials (PPIC vs Accounting) e.g. Indirect Materials, Raw Materials, Work in Process, and Finished Goods Inventory.

• Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
• With a high sense of leadership
• Can start immediately
• Salary Range: 30k~45k
