Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Everise Fort Bonifacio, you will be the front line in assisting customers of international and local clients. Your role is to provide helpful, accurate, and professional service through phone, email, or chat. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
This is an entry-level role with complete training — perfect for fresh graduates, career shifters, or first-time BPO applicants who want to start their career in the heart of Taguig.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism
Provide correct product, service, and account information
Assist customers with billing, troubleshooting, or order-related concerns
Handle complaints with empathy and provide effective solutions
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with teammates to meet performance targets
Deliver excellent customer service in every engagement
Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates also welcome)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems
Willing to work onsite at Everise Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
BPO or customer service experience is a plus but not required
