Job Description As a Customer Service Representative at Everise Fort Bonifacio – Taguig, you will be the first point of contact for customers of global and local clients. You’ll provide helpful, professional, and accurate support via phone, email, or chat. Your job is to resolve inquiries, assist with product or service concerns, and deliver excellent customer experiences. This is an entry-level opportunity with complete training provided — perfect for fresh graduates, career shifters, or those who want to start their BPO career in Taguig’s premier business hub, Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Key Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner Provide correct and timely information about products, services, and policies Assist with billing, troubleshooting, or account-related concerns Handle customer complaints with empathy and offer effective solutions Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system Work with teammates and leaders to achieve performance metrics Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction Qualifications At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates are also welcome) Good English communication skills (verbal and written) Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask Willing to work onsite at Everise Fort Bonifacio, Taguig Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required Why Join Everise Fort Bonifacio?
