As a Non-Voice Support Associate, you will:
Assist customers through chat and email
Provide clear, friendly, and accurate responses
Document interactions and follow process guidelines
Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
Work with teammates to deliver excellent customer experience
Perfect for those who prefer no calls.
