Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat or email platforms.- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using available resources and systems.- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.- Guide customers on company products/services, troubleshooting when necessary.- Document all interactions and updates accurately in the system.- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve escalated issues.- Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.Qualifications:- At least Senior High School Graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus. - Above average written communications skills with strong attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in using basic computer applications and navigating online tools.
