Responsibilities:

Handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues

Document all interactions accurately

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills

Basic technical/troubleshooting skills

High school graduate or higher

Tech support or BPO experience is a plus

Willing to work assigned shifts
