I. Client Engagement & Marketing Support
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through referrals, networks, and organizational contacts
- Conduct preliminary evaluations such as basic background and credit assessments
- Provide comprehensive client support throughout the account lifecycle, from initial application to follow-ups and renewals
- Present service offerings and gather client insights to enhance customer experience
- Recommend appropriate financial products based on individual client needs
- Build collaborative relationships with various industry stakeholders, both private and public
- Facilitate product and service presentations to internal teams and external contacts
- Research market trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyze client behavior to inform marketing plans
- Assist in the development and execution of campaigns to support growth goals
II. Administrative and Operational Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and verification of documents
- Assist in preparing required paperwork related to legal, financial, and compliance matters
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Prepare and submit timely reports, including:
- Weekly Activity Updates
- Monthly Plans
- Progress and Achievement Summaries
- Propose revisions to current procedures in response to client feedback and industry developments
- Carry out additional tasks or administrative support as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degres in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or a
related industry.
- Additional Advantage: Established networks or a client base
