Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.7. Development of job descriptions, writing and placing advertisements8. Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations, and enforcing them within the company.QUALIFICATIONS1. With a bachelor degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field. 2. With at least 1-2 years experience in recruitment agencies or related agencies3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Effective decision-making skills.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently 7. Technical and professional expertise8. Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude. 9. Knowledge and behaviors that support diversity, equality and inclusive practice.
