Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and short-listing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify required skills and qualifications for each role.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Implement effective candidate screening processes that quickly filter and identify well suited candidates.
• Ensure a respectful, transparent, and efficient recruitment process to provide an excellent experience for all candidates.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract diverse talent.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback in recruitment management systems.
• Support the onboarding process by ensuring timely communication with selected candidates and facilitating required documentation.
• Review and recommend recruitment automation tools.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and employment regulations in both the Philippines and Australia.
• Provide administrative support to in-house HR team.
 

Key Requirements:
• Relevant academic qualifications.
• Experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, ideally within a BPO setting.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• A high standard of spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and job boards.
• Some familiarity with Australian employment standards and practices is an advantage.
