RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

SALARY RANGE:
- 18,000
