Experience Required:12-18 months' work experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft product support, Service Desk, or tech support processes.Proven ability to gather disorganized data into usable knowledge articles.Experience troubleshooting Microsoft products such as Exchange on-prem (EOP), Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Share Drive.Key Responsibilities:Utilize active listening and questioning techniques to determine the root cause of issues and resolve them efficiently.Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of customer care operations and processes.Analyze problems, evaluate solutions, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved thoroughly and empathetically.Assist Service Engineers in implementing and improving processes and procedures within the team.Actively troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.Maintain confidentiality and data protection for customer interactions.
