Salary: Php18,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨At least 1 years of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations.
✨Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
✨Willing to work fully on site.
✨Willing to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone regarding shipment status, inventory, and delivery schedules.
✨ Receive delivery instructions from clients and coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange timely shipments.

✨ Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents and system records.
✨ Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues efficiently.
