Position: Warehouse & Customer Service Supervisor
Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm
Location: Laguna Technopark Biñan, Laguna
Salary: Php28,000 – Php35,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨At least 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
✨Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
✨Knowledgeable in ERP systems are advantage
✨Willing to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic components.
✨ Create daily and weekly warehouse reports using MS Excel and submit them to management.
✨ Ensure proper handling of fragile and sensitive electronic components to prevent damage.
✨ Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
✨ Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and portable terminals.
