Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk professional. The Service Desk role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support. The role is located in Taguig and requires working closely with the team to address user inquiries and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
