Responsibilities

1. New account activation through a. Receiving and processing inbound calls and inquiries (telephone, email, website and other sources) b. Outbound collage of potential customers.

2. Receiving and processing of all customer calls, including customers of field salespeople – inquiries, requests for additional information, order-taking and other activities

3. Growth of existing accounts that will be assigned

4. Takes down complete orders from customers and encodes accurately to QBE 5. Management of accounts receivables, including collection of all sales transactions and proper endorsement of payment documents.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with basic computer software programs
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Oral and written communication skill
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
  • Strong persuasion skills and work ethic of professionalism
