About the job
We seek a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our esteemed financial advisory team in BDO. As a Relationship Manager for Wealth Management, you will guide and support our clients in achieving their financial objectives.
Your primary responsibility will include developing personalized financial plans, managing portfolios and providing expert advice on various financial matters, such as taxes, insurance and risk management.
The ideal candidate will bring their financial expertise and establish long-lasting relationships with clients while contributing to our mission of helping individuals achieve their economic aspirations.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
- Conduct in-depth economic assessments to analyze clients' current financial situations and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies aligned with client's objectives and risk profiles.
- Recommend suitable investment products, such as equities, bonds, mutual funds and alternative investments, based on thorough market research and analysis.
- Monitor and review investment portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies as per market conditions and clients' changing needs
- Provide clients with ongoing financial advice and guidance, addressing their queries and providing proactive wealth management solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive financial solutions to clients
- Help the company meet its financial objectives through personalized financial planning
- Stay updated with market trends, economic developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
The Qualifications and Experiences you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree holder or graduate of a four-year or five-year course (A degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field is preferred)
- At least 4 - 5 years' experience in relationship management focused on investment, fixed income, equities and account solicitation (specially experience in serving high-net-worth individuals and understanding their unique wealth management needs)
- Fixed Income Market Salesman certification/license is required
- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making and a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in explaining complex financial concepts to clients
- Integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
- Ability to develop innovative financial solutions and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
