Role : Japanese Translator

Job Description :

You will be entrusted with the entire process of website production and system/application development, from proposal to planning and direction. You will also play a hub role between the client, the Tokyo headquarters team, and the engineering team in the Philippines. This position requires both Japanese and English, so if you like to communicate with people, this is the field for you.

Work Flow :
Responding to inquiries
Contact companies interested in website or system/application development issues.  
Hearings / budgets, issues, etc. 
Hearing / budget, issues, etc. 
Through meetings with the client, we hear about issues and specifications.

We will prepare a proposal and quotation. 
Prepare proposals and quotations/presentations - Collaborate with in-house engineers and designers
We collaborate with in-house engineers and designers to prepare proposals and quotations. 

Preparation for progress 
Preparation for progress - After receiving an order for a project, we prepare for the progress of the project.
After receiving an order for a project, we coordinate the progress of the project and the members to be assigned to the project according to the contents of the project. 
Production/build - Create proposals and estimates in collaboration with in-house engineers and designers. 
Production / Construction
Based on the design and specifications, give instructions to Filipino engineers and proceed with production and development.

Coordination/Delivery
Double-check with Tokyo Head Office, make final adjustments such as revisions, and deliver to the client.

Qualifications  :  English
Basic PC skills Interpersonal communication skills 
English: daily conversation level Healthy in mind and body
Can translate requirements from Japanese to English
Should be native or half Japanese

Preferred Qualification :
Experience working with Japanese clients in japan
Can translate requirements from Japanese to English.
