We are currently seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor City, Cavite.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible on end to end AP to Disbursement Process using SAPB1 system (PO or non-PO)
  • Processing payment request forms, Reimbursement, Liquidation and Advances, which includes checking and verification of supporting documents
  • Checking or matching procurement purchase order, vendor invoices, and warehouse receiving reports
  • Processing of check vouchers and preparing manual checks or wire transfers/ online bank transfer
  • Assisting vendor inquiries about payment reconciliations due to discrepancies
  • Assisting in the resolution of issues related to invoice/payment processing and check-releasing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course.
  • Experience via SAPB1 or any accounting system under AP is an advantage
  • Well-versed in general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Good to excellent written and communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Knowledgeable on Bank procedure and Philippine Taxation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work in Bacoor City, Cavite
  • Willing to start immediately
