Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

Responsible for HRIS encoding and monitoring of 201 files.

Process ATM and account enrollments.

Create and issue company IDs Maintain and update employee database and 201 files Manage off-boarding process.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related field.

With experience in the recruitment field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Well-organized and detail-oriented

Proficient in using Canva

Knowledge of technical terms related to IT is an advantage

Tech-Savvy Proficient in MS Office applications
