Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager - Sales with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As a Customer Relationship Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the paint industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and drive sales growth.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the luxury paint industry and understanding of color theory and design principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify new opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize sales revenue.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our luxury paints.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and activities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
