Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate specializing in F&B service. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing excellent guest services, managing reservations, maintaining communication with guests, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in guest services, customer service, and reservations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of F&B service is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
