JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or
  • other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP Basis and SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Experienced with SAP ECC and SAP HANA environments.
  • Relevant SAP Certifications (HANA, NetWeaver, etc.) and other Cloud Certifications.
  • Experience in SAP on cloud platforms would be a plus.
  • Experience supporting SAP in AWS cloud environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration, Cloud Connector, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal to include translating complex technical issues clearly and precisely to both technical and non-technical parties.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Performance monitoring & tuning, problem analysis & resolution, and other activities required to maintain SAP system integrity.
  • Knowledgeable on different SAP user and role types, SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration on different SAP Platforms.
  • Work on Application Support in the following areas:
o SAP System Monitoring
o SAP Performance Tuning
o SAP Transport Management
o SAP System Client copy, Refresh, License management
o SAP parameter change, operation mode setup, logon group set up
o SAP Traces and Logs analysis
o Workload balancing, high availability, and disaster recovery setup
o SAP Job Maintenance
o SAP Backup management
o SAP Kernel maintenance
o SAP Release and Patch management
o Single-Sign-On & Web Dispatcher
o Fiori Administration
  • Analyze SAP EWA reports and optimize system performance based on EWA reports.
  • Manage end-to-end resolutions of High Priority Incidents and provide Root Cause Analysis
  • Closely collaborate with client's 3rd party vendors supporting Infra and other systems connecting to SAP
  • Manage and support the SAP integrations in the SAP Business Technology Platform and other 3rd party integration platforms.
  • Manage and support the system administration requests, and infrastructure requirements of other SAP Products.
