Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in Davao. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for technical support, presales, sales, integration, and security. They will be expected to help generate sales leads, provide technical expertise and support to sales teams, and ensure that pre-sales customer requirements are adequately met.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Integration skills
  • Presales and Sales skills
  • Experience in Security and networking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in presales, customer service, or technical support roles
  • Certifications in networking, security or related fields is a plus
