  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams: Collaborating with internal teams (sales, product development, creative) to ensure effective communication and alignment on marketing initiatives. Coordinating projects and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Conducting competitor analysis: Keeping abreast of industry trends and monitoring competitors' activities to identify opportunities or potential threats. Analyzing market data to identify new target markets or customer segments.
  • Tracking and analyzing metrics: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, etc., using tools like Google Analytics or CRM systems. Providing regular reports on campaign performance to management.
  • Managing budgets: Assisting in budget planning for marketing activities and ensuring optimal utilization of resources within allocated budgets.
  • Supporting product launches: Collaborating with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or features. Creating promotional materials and coordinating launch activities.
  • Enhancing brand presence: Assisting in building brand awareness through various channels by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts/pages, participating in industry events or conferences.
  • Monitoring industry trends: Staying updated with developments in digital marketing trends/tools/platforms that could enhance overall marketing efforts.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM): Utilizing CRM systems effectively for lead generation tracking implementation & measurement of sales/marketing programs
