About the role

As the Project Head at Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of complex drilling projects in the Cordillera Administrative Region. This full-time position is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate and manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, resource allocation, and risk mitigationServe as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and other stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and addressing any concernsIdentify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycleContinuously look for opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencyMentor and develop a team of project managers and other construction professionalsWhat we're looking forMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the drilling or construction industryProven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical, cost-effective solutionsProficient in project management software and tools, such as scheduling, budgeting, and risk managementWhat we offer
