As a Customer Response Advisor, you will provide a customer-focused service to all car park users and third parties. You'll respond to each contact on an individual basis, demonstrating empathy. Proactively utilizing CCTV and other appropriate tools, you'll monitor 'trouble spots' and educate customers in the use of appropriate equipment, fostering self-sufficiency. Additionally, you'll focus on building and maintaining effective relationships with both external and internal customers. Dial Into Your Responsibilities:

Provide customer-focused service to all car park users and third partiesRespond to each contact on an individual basis, demonstrating empathyProactively use CCTV and other appropriate tools to monitor 'trouble spots' and educate customers in the use of appropriate equipment, encouraging them to become self-sufficientBuild and maintain effective relationships with both external and internal customersProvide relevant data and information to internal clients as reasonably requestedRespond effectively to feedback and coaching to achieve personal growth in the roleEnsure all faults are logged and resolved in a timely manner, keeping them to a minimumRecord relevant details of all customer interactions and liaise with operational colleagues regarding customer interactionEnsure adherence to all policies and procedures while resolving customer challengesApply judgment to accurately assess instances where customers have had a poor experienceCommit to ensuring that the resources and talents of all colleagues are fully utilized and that no job applicant or colleague receives less favorable treatment on any grounds.
