Responsibilities: Data Wizardry Unveiled
Weekly:
Collect timely and accurate daily sales data from customers via email or telephoneInput the data into MRI On Location Footfall Analytics' bespoke softwareWork as part of a team to meet data deadlines while maintaining accuracyFollow up with customers on any quarantined data (e.g., incomplete, duplicate, or out-of-tolerance entries)Collect contextual information to explain unusual data (e.g., staff shortages or promotions)Maintain retailer records, including unit address, square footage, opening and closing datesMaintain records for virtual retailer sitesManage customer records, including store managers' details such as name, phone number, and email address, and preferred method and frequency of sales data collectionDistribute retailer reports and actively chase missing data to ensure completeness of Monthly and Quarterly reportsPerform sales data reporting Additionally: Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Sales data reportsCollect and track turnover data monthly to meet reporting deadlinesHandle ad-hoc requests for sales data informationAssist in recruiting new retailers for Sales Collection schemesMaintain lease information including rent, insurance, and other overheadsRegularly communicate with shopping centre retail liaison contacts to ensure high participation levels and promptly flag any issues such as store refurbishmentsEnsure KPIs are met accurately and on time, and ensure participation and complianceProvide reports to account managers on participation and compliance at each centre, identifying potential issues promptlyTrain and mentor new team membersHandle support questions regarding sales data and reportingSet, review, and act on KPI resultsQualifications Needed: Skills for Data DiversExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPolite and effective telephone mannerPersistence and determinationAdaptability and persuasion skillsGood level of numeracyOrganized and logical approachProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and SharePointBenefits: Boost Your Career with Prime PerksHMO coverageUK client schedulePrime office locations (with free unlimited gym access in Ortigas and Makati)Great work cultureDirect exposure to international clients and advanced technologiesStandard government and Emapta benefitsCareer growth opportunitiesDiverse and supportive work environmentFun employee engagement activitiesAbout the Client: Pioneers in AI-Driven Footfall AnalyticsSpecializing in cutting-edge AI-driven footfall analytics, our client transforms retail and real estate landscapes worldwide.
