Duties & Responsibilities:
- Parts management
- Maintains regular communications with all ZWM Parts customers to ensure efficient and quick resolution to every Parts Inquiries & Concerns (especially for clients who purchased machines directly from ZWM)
- Provides Parts Selling support (i.e., WeChat, phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Prepares and coordinates Parts Sales Quotations and Billing Invoice to all ZWM Parts Customers / Clients (i.e. Service, Branches, VIP's, etc.)
- Checks actual availability of Parts before giving delivery commitments to all customers.
- Facilitate and assist walk-in clients for all parts related documentations and releasing process.
- Verify affordability of existing ZWM parts pricing methods against other competitors. Report to Parts Manager any significant information and / or data found.
- Screen and addresses "Unavailable Parts" issues to proper channels for re-ordering and/ or stock (if any feasible).
- Provide part number and price checking assistance via SIS and CRM usage.
- Assist on every Parts Cycle Counting Program as instructed by the Parts Manager.
- Temporary perform "On Leave / Absent" Parts Personnel as task / functions as advised by the Parts Manager.
