Administrative Assistant

TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:
  • Perform administrative tasks in service operations, coordinate with technicians, manage documentation, monitor inventory, handle schedules and systems, process payments, and facilitate communication between departments.
  • Implement 5S methodology and generate incident reports as needed.
Daily Tasks:
  • Prepare and issue parts to technicians, ensuring accurate provision of accompanying documents.
  • Encode technician's daily activities from service reports and monitor service vehicle's gasoline consumption.
  • Segregate accomplished service reports and coordinate with Parts Coordinator for reverse logistics.
  • Update rental monitoring and create transmittal of documents to be turned over to Head Office.
  • Communicate with HR Talent Acquisition Specialist for biometrics concerns and execute 5S methodology in daily operations.
  • Perform clerical tasks, including answering emails, telephone, and mobile phone calls.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
