This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain project control and governance.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
2. Budget Monitoring: Track project expenditures against budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to stay within financial limits. Validation of petty cash fund and cash advances requisition and liquidation as well as team's reimbursement.
3. Performance Analysis: Analyze project performance data to assess progress, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
4. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project control reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
6. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
7. Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
8. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and change logs.
10. Daily Time Record: Monitor and record attendance of project team including Vacation and Sick Leaves.
11. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for project control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. College Graduate, preferably Engineering
  2. At least 3 year experience in Project Coordination for Telecommunication OSP projects
  3. Areas of expertise in Project Coordination
  4. Preferably knowledgeable in OSP construction
  5. Extensive knowledge in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
